TERRA was contracted by Dr. Nizar Merheb to perform full service design and construction drawings for a new facial, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery center located in Peoria. The new surgical center consisted of a one-story 12,218-squarefoot building with a 4,889-square-foot partial basement, located on approximately 1.50-Acres of land at the northwest corner of the intersection of IL Route 91 and Wood Sage Road. Façade materials consisted of brick veneer, precast concrete veneer, composite metal paneling, painted steel, and painted perforated aluminum paneling.

TERRA provided permit drawings for review and approval by Peoria County Zoning, the City of Peoria, Illinois American Water, and the Greater Peoria Sanitary Sewer District (GPSSD). TERRA also provided the topographic and boundary survey for the property.

Construction drawings and specifications were generated after review and approval of the design drawings was complete. TERRA acted as the project manager during the permitting and bidding process. All requests for information (RFI) were received by TERRA and addressed through the RFI process.
