Karen Steingraber | PRESIDENT

BS & MS in Civil Engineering | Karen is responsible for directing civil engineering projects. Her work includes site development for public buildings, commercial facilities, retail, and residential sites. She also has experience with new roads, utilities, parking and transportation facilities. She served on advisory boards at both Bradley University and the University of Texas. | LinkedIn

 

Jamil Bou-Saab, PE | executive vice president

BS & MS in Civil Engineering | Jamil has been working on transportation, public works, and site development projects for more than 30 years. He manages the analysis, design and construction for nearly all TERRA projects. His projects include potable water pump stations, water reservoirs, sewer and water distribution, highway and roadway design, traffic analysis, and site design. He has researched and published papers on GIS and Storm Water Best Management Practices. | LinkedIn

George Ghareeb, PE | SENIOR vice president

BS & MS in Civil Engineering | George began his career with the Illinois Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) Bureau of Bridges and Structures as a Bridge Management Engineer. His international experiences includes engineering in England, Italy, Egypt, and Lebanon. He currently serves as the head of operation at TERRA’s Peoria Office. His projects include a $400-million rehabilitation of I-74 in Peoria, a corridor study for the Eastern Bypass through Peoria, and several other traffic and transportation engineering. | LinkedIn
