Driven by a partnership between the City of Milwaukee’s Department of Public Works and Milwaukee County Parks, TERRA Engineering, Ltd. (TERRA) directed the comprehensive vision for Copernicus Park, a 20.4-acre park located in a residential neighborhood. The Copernicus Park Master Plan provides a design focused on mitigating localized flooding and stormwater issues while serving as a recreational amenity for the residents from surrounding neighborhoods.
