TERRA engineered the sitework and stormwater detention for this large scale, 13-acre phased CHA development. The project is located on South State Street between 27th and 30th Street in the City of Chicago. The existing 16 buildings are being renovated and the entire site is being completely renovated inclusive of the private driveways and fire lane running through the development.

New 2,000-linear-foot private water main to service each of
the buildings
Relocation of all new underground utilities for site (electrical, gas, storm sewer, and water services for the site and the buildings)
