TERRA provided engineering solutions for the redevelopment of Lathrop Homes, a 29-acre Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) development consisting of an 8-story senior housing building, a school and several large apartment buildings. The project is pursuing USGBC LEED certification and Enterprise
Green Communities certifications.

  two discharge points to
