TERRA provided site development and master planning services for downtown Peoria’s Riverfront Village, a former commercial property located in both the Illinois River’s floodplain and floodway. Our team was tasked with developing an adaptive reuse plan for the 2.1-acre property that links public open space with previously developed riverfront and cultural attractions.
